I know the B team need time to gel but that first half I thought those players looked like they’d never even met each other before, let alone trained together. Lo Celso and Vinicius did well they just didn’t have the runners on the flanks to help them out. Dele and Bale were poor. All in all, we had to lose a game sooner or later after our streak so I’m glad it was this one. 3 points against Brighton is crucial

Despite the horrible error from Davies, the team literally couldn't break RA's defense until the first team players came on and attempted more goal opportunities.

I'm sure this 0-1 is a blessing in disguise because Jose will see who's worth playing and who's not. Bale doesn't seem like he's fit yet but at least he's tried shooting at goal. He's the only player I would give time, for now.

Our biggest problem is cd positions. Toby is the only one consistent enough, Sanchez, Davis and even Dier sometimes becomes careless. That back flick on Chris Wood, honestly, what was that abt? The easiest thing was to just push it back to Lloris one time. Thank God the ref blew for a handball and at that moment my heart almost stopped pumping

The only positivity I can think of is that I'm glad we are losing early in the season playing that badly which gives us enough time and less pressure to rectify the mistakes . come January there is no room for mistakes no room for experiments we should be going full throttle. Plays like today cannot be repeated ever again. I hope Jose learns from this and fix his best A and B squads.
