Manufacturers, and the brainstorm teams, need to get away from the square and rectangle LCD screen and make them round because square and rectangle views limit field of view and first person view and so although the other items can be useful in a pinch…nothing beats the PVS14 in this video.

Inform yourself about all tipes of nvgs before you buy some cheap bullish and this test does not compare the nvgs good because there is visible light and that makes the cheap nvgs look better ans the actual nvgs that dont give your position away worse. It would take to long to explain properly so look it up.

From what I've seen the average person could get by easily with the NVG30. Unless someone has spent countless hours behind a pvs14 their ability to fight, shoot and move won't be exponentially better than with the $500 unit.
