It is a great book!
This is the only and the best book I have ever found that explains the entire Buddhism in clear simple terms for easy understanding in plain language.
Awareness is it.
Prescription is to try the pathway for radical acceptance and try your best to seek the pathway. Regards.

“Not being present in the moment?” “Need to control everything and schedule everything out”? “Constantly checking my watch for the time?” Haha I feel personally attacked!! This is a must read for me. I just ordered it off amazon! I’m a fan of Jay Shetty and his take on his experience with Buddhism. Nonetheless I look forward to reading and reflecting on this book.
