Running PHP in Visual Studio Code

Quick tutorial showing how to set up visual studio code for coding PHP.
Once you have installed vscode, php, and the extensions:

1. Go to Extensions, type in @builtin php and disable "PHP Language Features".
3. ???
4. Profit.

I do not appears to have those PHP Server: context menus. Nothing on www about them? How does one get those, please?👍

Hello, I hope you see this. I am using VSC 1.40.1. To effect the addition of PHP I have to config the JSON file. No GUI show up o fill in the blank. Any advise? I am trying to see PHP files using PHP server.
