Greg Page is the original Yellow group member of the mega-success band, The Wiggles.

Wiggles announced that Page would leave the group due to poor health in 2006.

Greg collapsed suddenly during a reunion show at Castle Hill RSL in Sydney. Due to a "strong chain of survival," Greg survived a cardiac arrest. Greg founded his charity,

Heart of the Nation, after his near-death experience. His goal with the charity is to ensure everyone can access an AED as needed through "communal ownership" to help share the cost.

Greg, if you happen to read this, thank you for the remembrance. I very much appreciate it. I also admire you for turning a hardship in health to a healthy heart-ship, and serving others so to save lives. God bless you, and thanks again!

Great interview and awareness of this issue. As a dad who raised his kids in the wiggles, this guy will always be an icon! We were fortunate to see the original group in NYC twice

I can still remember seeing the Wiggles at Revesby worker's club for my 8th Birthday back in 1995.. and I can still remember those songs off by heart when singing along with my 2 year old daughter.

I've seen lot's of interviews with Greg over the years and this is probably the best one I've seen yet. The Wiggles were a huge part of my childhood and he will always be my favourite Wiggle. I'm now 27 years old and I still have a lot of Wiggles stuff on VHS, made a playlist of my favourite original Wiggles songs and I've got The Best of the OG Wiggles on vinyl. Greg, thank you so much for making my childhood the best it could be! And we're so lucky to still have you here! 💛💙❤💜

Greg is amazing and the wiggles were a massive part of my childhood, I'm now in my 20s but I still listen to their songs

Great interview. Love the awareness about cardiac arrest, but also loved the question about how kids absorb what’s around them and how that worked with the wiggles. I didn’t realize the POV of a kid of that age group was so simple, and Greg explains why that is, and how to target that so well. It’s clear to me now, why the OG wiggles, even in their TV series and live shows based so many of their skits and scenes around a simple issue

I feel like Greg and I have something in common: Ever since his cardiac arrest, he's now teaching the contury all about CPR and all that jazz, hoping to show people that saving lives is something powerful; just like me, when I discovered the Wiggles for the frist time, I'm showing all my friends at school about them and how they can influence their lives! Now that's kind of surprising when you think about it!

Out of all the interviews I've seen of Greg, this is my favorite one that I've seen! My favorite part of the interview was at 29:47-32:53 where Greg talks about how his health impacted him on being a Wiggle. The reason why it's my favorite part of the interview is because in June of 2023, I got diagnosed with the same condition that caused Greg to leave The Wiggles back in 2006 Orthostatic Intolerance (OI). Well actually my condition is called Orthostatic Hypotension (OH). When Greg says "Low blood pressure particularly when you stand up" at 32:21, he's actually talking about a condition called Orthostatic Hypotension (OH) which causes Orthostatic Intolerance (OI). Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) is NOT a condition, they're symptoms that occur when someone transitions to a standing position. Some of these symptoms include Lightheadedness, Dizziness, Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, Feeling Faint, Fainting, and Fatigue. There are three conditions that cause Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and they are: Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Orthostatic Hypotension (OH), and Neurocardiogenic Syncope (NCS). Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Orthostatic Hypotension (OH), and Neurocardiogenic Syncope (NCS) fall under the umbrella term called Dysautonomia.

The Wiggles were the best part of my childhood, and you are my all-time favourite Wiggle, Greg! This may be the best interview you’ve ever done and I’m so glad that you’re still alive after that horrible near-death experience where you collapsed on stage. You guys were the best piece of entertainment in my entire life! 💛💙💜❤️

Greg, I love you and I hope this never happens again. I'm so glad that you're advocating for heart health now. You should come to America one of these days so you can visit Daddy. He had a stroke due to heart problems due to his unhealthy diet as a child.
