It's not designed for heavy continuous work. The brushless one is great. I've got both, I use the brushed one in work cutting plastic trim for upvc windows because it's smaller.

Do all Makita grinders have this problem with their brushes? I was thinking about getting a GA9080, but if they all have this problem, forget it!
