Authentic Italian Stuffed Pizza

Dough Recipe:
2 1/3 cups of flour + 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
130 ml milk (room temp)
80 ml water (105°F)
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
Filling:
12 oz sweet Italian sausage
2 leeks
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 bunch of swiss chard
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Squeeze of lemon
4 oz fontina cheese
2 oz Parmigiano Reggiano
Bake at 400°F for 35-40 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven, turning every 15 minutes.
