The white hole is a hypothetical phenomena, basically a reverse black hole, it basically accelerates and emits surrounding particles, it is theorized that when a black hole reaches absolute critical density, and when im talking absolute I mean a HUGE amount of density, meaning if a black hole consumes a large enough amount of mass it would reach that critical state, two things can happen then, a hypernova, or if the gravitational field is strong enough form a white hole, as it will keep its initial structure but instead of releasing all that mass and energy at once, it will do it overtime.

What happens when they both collide with eachother?
Destruction, thats what happens, since there would be a pushing and pulling force, they would neutralise eachother out and form an absolute force, that is if they both have the same exact amount of mass, density, volume, etc. if not the bigger one would take the other one out through shear force

Possibility 1: In an area with a lot of mass around (typical space) a black hole wins. It is because the white hole pushes mass into the black hole, giving it more mass.
Possibility 2: If in an area where there is nothing but these two, it would be a draw. It would cause a chain reaction where the white hole pushes the black hole away as the black hole sucks it in, causing them to go in an infinite cycle of travelling
