Really interesting topic! Thanks for exploring. Dr Stephanie I loved your point about overcoming fear when presenting by accepting that even though you may only help 1 person in the room you are still helping and giving value to them. Great way to think about it….Also I’m a HSP and found Dr Kaufman’s point about HSP’s and EQ very interesting, how the two don’t necessarily equate and how you can be sensitive and exhibit insensitive behaviours at the same time.
