Actually brawl stars clarified in a post that there is no new pin rarity coming to the game and that when the pin rarity was shown that it was a mistake.

legendary pins arent a thing. there already is a type of pin colored yellow, and those are "collectors pins". you buy them for 1500 bling and cant be obtained from star drops. A few good examples of special pins are the ones we got for kenji's release.
