"When I was little I was in the choir and I just liked to sing. I would copy Elvis Presley songs, then I suddenly realised that I could actually write songs and make my own music – call it a natural gift, or whatever.” - Freddie on Elvis Presley's influence. Elvis inspired many artists after him, many of whom are popular today and Queen and Freddie Mercury are two examples of that. Elvis was truly ahead of his time. So for all those who have said Elvis isn't popular around the world, yeah he is. Freddie also performed Jailhouse Rock with one of his pre-Queen bands back in the late 60s. Elvis was probably looking down smiling down on Queen at this show, knowing that he'd influenced them. Bless Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury and Queen. RIP, music geniuses and legends.

I love Queen and the moments between songs you just couldn't keep your eyes off Freddie. Best seen live as that is what the band did best.

For all of you people that comment on the crowd. The sound mix is up to the producers. The Montreal crowds are known to be some of the best in the world. Engineers chose to record it and mix it this way.

0:33 Roger screaming yeehaw is so funny. It reminds me of a video I saw a few days ago where someone ads a cowboy hat on his head when he screams yeehaw

I love that Freddie gets all over the dead '81 Canadian crowd. Did the Habs lose the night before or something? "Move it you f'ers..." Awesome!

I wish people would just treat covers as a tribute rather than trying to be better than the original.

I found out just a few weeks ago my Mom likes Queen, I remember asking her after she said it like just verifying "You like Queen? Like Freddie Mercury Queen right?!?!" She's like "Yeah!" Even at damn near 37 years old you can still learn new things about your parents lol!
