Thanks Mark. I'm 62. Was a competitive BB for 10 years once upon a time. Been in and around gyms for 40 odd years. Approached muscle building from a relatively scientific angle. I agree whole heartedly with your list of "major mistakes" made by over sixties. Great videos. Slow down guys. It takes patience and discipline.

I found your content about 2 years ago and have transformed myself! Like anything else in life worth having, this takes hard work and dedication, but the payoff is worth it. Can play ball again, healthy and get compliments on how ripped I am, even at the gym! You changed my life Mark, would highly recommend your regimen to anyone.

Love your channel. I am trying trying to get back in shape after 3 major surgeries over the past 30 months. Still recovering from a ruptured achilles surgery in January. I use Bands, power blocks and GR8FLEX focusing on the 6 basic movements 3x per week. Walk most mornings and 3 long bike rides a week in zone 2 for cardio. Bought a body composition scale to measure Muscle Mass, BMI etc etc.

Great stuff. I am using a program, not mine, that i was not recovering from. Or at least it took me four or five days. I found I needed more protein and food. Now I'm good.

Invaluable advice, already I see many things I do wrong. 1, 3, 4 and 6! For lifting too heavy, even if I do weights alone, my ego makes me lift heavier...so need to put a check on that. I was very surprised that the big guys control the ego, I always thought they lifted as heavy as possible all the time, like redlining non stop! I saw a blue sports car in your garage, what is it?

Great advice! I started FAF 3 months ago, and it will be good for getting back after being sick for a few weeks now. BTW, I've gone from 228 to 209! Next goal 200, final 190, but maybe not with fat loss, muscle gain...at 6'0 charts show good BMI should be at around 189, but with more muscle not necessarily true? Btw, I'm 66.

I am turning 60 in September. Had a heart attack about 2 years ago and started training quite hard after a while 5 times a week. Trained probably too much, got a herniated disc and sick leave for 8 weeks and strong painkillers. Now haven't been able to train for just over 2 months. Should have taken it a bit more calmly.❤❤
