Item level: 486 with the old 4 piece set bonus which reduced the cooldown of Avenging Wrath to 2 minutes.

Buffs:
Potion of Mogu Power
Master Healing Potion
Flask of Winter's Bite (1000 STR)
Black Pepper Ribs and Shrimp (300 STR)
Drums of Forgotten Kings (+4% Str, Agil & Intel)
Blessing of Might

The question most ask is: "Can I do it with my class?".
Sadly, I can't tell you. Best way to find out is to go and try it!
Take the tactics and try to apply them to your class.

WotLK was my favorite expansion.
maybe its because i played Warcraft III and knew all the lore and got exited but... Arthas and the Lich king are soo interesting, i think they are the reason i liked this expansion more then any other.
Seeing Arthas doing sick things in northrend and the introduce to DK made me love this 1.

Second wind activates at 30-35% of your hp, in that state even while healing, it's not enough, you can get killed in the time of healing.

Hmm can second wind proc multiple times, does it heal you to full or close to full? The adds don't hit that hard, but the infest will kill you if you leave it on for to long.

That's a bit more difficult since I don't play a warrior or hunter on max level. Imo a warrior can't remove the infest, so he'll die from it. A hunter has done him on 25 man, World first hunter solo: CaribaLd vs The Lich King (25 heroic) on youtube.
