Probably, there is no better person who can take us behind the scenes of McKinsey & Company.
In this video, I read between the lines of an interview that Dominic Barton gave to British Business Magazine Management Today. The interview with McKinsey’s former Global Managing Partner covers a wide range of topics, such as McKinsey hiring figures, churn rates and famous ex-McKinsey consultants who turned into powerful leaders of 1 bn USD corporations.
