Yes!! A few other reasons I normally print an El Gtr DI: Can edit/clean up/comp the DI track, then re-amp it for an ultra tight performance.

Can copy same sections from other parts of the song, then apply different amp sims (or re-amp) to double or triple the guitar part without the guitarist having to play it.

It’s a great backup in case the guitar amp track doesn’t sound great (noisy, has drum bleed, etc).

Nice! Worth a full show, if you ask me! I also use a DI and a wet-dry rig and track each separately. So many options! and, for me early on my journey, the ability to blend between them seems to reduce the need for too much surgery later on! ;)
