I want them to add in animations or voicelines for the characters again.
As in make it so we are actually dueling against the characters instead of just a computer with a icon slapped on.
Duel Links got the right idea but we need a game like that for Master Duels where the characters are actually voiced and have lines. Tag Force Special is sort of the last regular game that has this

One thing they should do is ban and restricted cards rotation, so cards that get ban or restricted are not forgotten and still have a chance to be played

Reaching legend in hearthstone is definitely easier than reaching kog in duel links on a base level. In reality a decent dl player will probably hit it faster than a good hs player because of the major gameplay differences between them and the fact hs games take longer

Ngl, I really like the way omega works RN.
You play ranked to customize the rarity for your cards, and not to actually get the cards. (Already have all the cards)
For example if you win a tournament in Omega, you can have 2 cards in your deck upgrade ghost rare
I think this idea is pretty cool

The reason why there's no manual change order option for Duel Links is because the game is OCG ruling based, and in the OCG you can't order the effects in the chain as you want, they come in order depending of which cards where on their field or "hit" their place of activation first.

Draft mode could work in duel links. Make the cards we get from packs a temporary resource specific to a draft mode tournament or match then they're gone.

Gold could be the resource for "buying" draft packs. We have too much. It's useless. Give us a reason to use it.

I’d rather have the World Championship-style of gameplay with custom characters, but go bigger and bolder with possibly an open world, 3D models of each monster, and voiced dialogue from the custom character and the actual YGO cast characters. Wishful thinking, I know, but a guy can dream. I still play my old copy of YGO GX: Spirit Caller cause it’s just fun to experience having an actual role in the world of Yu-Gi-Oh instead of just a TCG/OCG sim like Legacy of the Duelist.

i would love to see something like win percentages based matchmakings, best of three. also they should keep the plat, legend and kog levels for ladder but with some requirements to stay and play in. I dunno something like the league of legends system
