I think the best way to lose weight is dancing because i dance to one kpop song 11 times a day and i lose 4-5 kg a week and mother also used to dance daily and now shes really slim but by exercising you will gain weight again after you leave it but if you dont do dance anymore after losing weight you wont become way more healthy again than the normal weight ❤ hope this helps 💞

55kg is already a weight where you can be toned, you just need to built muscle and that will show definition/tone. Losing more weight can be unhealthy

I'd recommend swimming its aerobic but also uses the whole body. You can swim every day. It's easy on the knees and low impact. Also if you can swim in the winter too then you truly will succeed in your health goals.

PS: I'm a competitive swimmer who joined swim for the thrill of it.

I remember when I was 16, I didn't want to lose weight, it wasn't my goal, I just wanted to dance all day because I loved doing it. In fact I danced from 8/9:00am, stopped for lunch (1pm) and I started again at 4pm in the afternoon, or after lunch (sometimes), until the evening, at 9pm, and I lost weight like EVERYDAY, even though I ate a LOT and I swear, I ate a lot. I was so freaking skinny. I danced to specific kpop songs, the most effective ones and it worked

improving ur dancing abilities really does require strength and resistance training!!!! but it works wonders on your endurance and body

I'm at probably how you were starting - I haven't done any fitness except walking for a LONG time. I want to be fitter, to feel more healthy and gain some strength and to tone, but trying to decide where to start is pretty hard

The best workout is the workout that you like! You do these for 10 years because you enjoy them. Some people try to find the 'optimum' workout in the end they only do it in January every year, repeated endlessly.

The results speak for themselves, keep it up! I find mixing in random fun workouts like a sport or dance is a good way to break out of doing the same thing over and over
