I usually apply hot compress when I'm in severe pain. Yes it doesn't really works but it makes me feel calm. I often wake up past midnight with extreme headaches, those ones really made me cry.

So basically brain tumours "typically" only present headaches if they bleed in to a certain area, are pressing on something or are enlarged, so would that mean "late stage" or not necessarily? Another question is, if it presents a headache, would the headache come and go or stay regardless of taking medication such as over the counter or prescription meds?
If it's reached a stage of constant headaches do other symptoms coexist with it such as neurological symptoms?
I have chronic 24/7 floating in my head for 3 year's, as for past couple months off and on headaches began, I take Ibuprofen and it helps me a bit, (must sat I have constant sinus drainage but have had that for many years and never gave me headache), my head always feels heavy, severe fatigue, sometimes brain zaps recently. I have really bad anxiety, horrific bad anxiety to the point I feel I'm losing it, dissociation and depersonzatuon is setting in. August of 2020 developed Tinnitus, my right foot tingles more than left foot, severe fatigue. I'd seen a Neurologist 2 years ago, had a MRI done, which showed "2" small white matter lesions, one in frontal lobe and the second one which is called a "vascular variant" in the Dorsal Pons ( measuring 0.2 × 2.3 CM), it's noted as "may" be a vascular variant so it's not a 100% certainty, if I recall correctly I "think" it was too small to determine and why not sure, Nuero also stated if it is a vascular variant may be I had a TMI at one time or could be from migraines at one time or from age, lesions in my understanding are more common as we age. There was no indication of them being MS lesions, in my understanding MS lesions typically present "plaque". I had vestibular tests conducted and there was no findings. The Neurologist stated my symptoms are not from the lesions. I know medical field is always evolving and learning so my recent findings lesions in Dorsal Pons ( the pontine) can present symptoms. I'm so worried that I have something wrong with my brain. "Recently" had my regular doctor submit my 2018 Neurological report to her fellow colleague Neurologist and they stated the vascular variant could just be something I inherited. Will be hopefully returning to Neurologist that found the lesions for a follow up as I couldn't as I had to switch insurance plans but recently switched back so will be able to see him. I'm really scared. I've always had chronic anxiety and this makes it worse. Anyone that has had anything similar if you have any suggestions would greatly appreciate it, and anyone in the medical field that can suggest or give opinions would greatly appreciate it. Constant headache that’s been going on for like 2 weeks, feels like satan drilling a hole in my head

I have migraine for more than a month now. I have it everyday but i can still function. Sometimes the pain will take 30-60minutes and reduced pain after taking paracetamol. I normally wake up at night with throbbing pain on my right side of my head. Now it travels in the right side of my brain. I had migraine since high school and it comes once a month or in two months and normally it will only take fewdays. This time, its already more than a month and the pain is not going away. Can you help me?

It's lockdown in my city i can't visit a Doctoe for now. The pain is tolerable now but im becoming irritable bec of this.

Hey guys, I feel like something is in the back of my head on the left side Iîke heart palpitations. I checked to see the name of it and it is exactly in pituitary gland. And it itches so bad. My whole brain itches. Also I have not slept for over 4 years. Really severe Insomnia. What should I do? Should I get an IRM? Please someone answer

Dear Sir / mam . My friend consumed 100 Mcg hypo thyroid tablets at a time . He is in ICU .. he got recovered . But the thyroid tablets are dissolved in his blood . I'm worried about his health condition .he was utricaria patient . What will be causes or any dangerous symptoms in further . He lost his weight . Becoming more weaken and more sleepy.
