I think it's incorrectly registering how many instances of the loot-mapper are out since I can still use 2 charges of it so it probably thinks there's still one active on my map somewhere, seems I got off lightly compared to others. Hope it's fixed soon

AND there's insane or maybe kinda stupid solution from me that u actually can fix it AFTER u delete overall data and redownload it.

I have the same thing and i noticed that i cant use the camera aswell.
