Crete | Lendas Beach. Lendas Beach is located on a remote fishing village, south east in the Heraklion region, 73 Km from the city.
Built where the ancient city Levin used to be, Lentas Beach is visited by locals and tourists alike, since it's pretty organised with many rooms to rent, tavernas and cafes.
You can get there by car, driving through an amazing road, on the slopes of Asterousia mountains. After you get to Mories town you have to follow the signs to Lentas Beach, from Agioi Deka.
Lendas Beach is a sandy and organised one with a relaxing vibe. The water temperature is high making your swim more enjoyable. You can find umbrellas and sunbeds. And after your swim, taste the traditional cretan cuisine in the tavernas while enjoying the magnificent view of the Libyan sea.
