This exotic Hermés Kelly Purse restoration is arguably our most satisfying transformation to date, right?

It arrived to our Clinic, in desperate need of some TLC. The exotic leather had become severely discoloured and contaminated, as a result of coming into contact with natural oils. Such a pristine purse required expert knowledge in order to return it to its former splendour.

Utilising a range of tools and techniques, we were able to lift the contaminants that had stained the exotic leather; leaving a refreshed canvas for us to restore the colour.

Any restoration undertaken on exotic leather is a timely one; due to the bespoke nature of each skin. Our artisan worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless and ultimately conservative finish; we hope you agree the result is truly beautiful!

Our exotic expertise isn’t limited to handbags, they extend to other leather luxuries such as shoes, vintage holdalls and sentimentalities of previous generations (exotic leathers regularly adorn vintage items as they represented societal positions and wealth in years gone by).

the result is much better than it was before, although it seems like unfinished work to me. it shows all the brush marks, and the edge of the forward folded part of the bag looks frayed. correct me if I'm wrong.
