Man killed on FaceTime by police had his hands up, friend claims | FOX 5 News

The Georgia Bureau of Investigations is looking into the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Nathain Jenkins who died inside a Walgreens. A friend of Jenkins said his hands were up when officers opened fire.

Let's see the body cams. If his hands were up its not justified. Just because someone has a gun on them does not give officers the right to shoot someone. They have to be reaching for it and a logical person must think they were going to use it.

If it's just tucked in your pants, or on your side and your hands are up, not justified whether he was a criminal or not.
