I would have lost my mind if my school brought in someone like you to speak to us. Not enough people are pushing creativity in high school these days. It seems that everyone focuses on playing it safe and discourages creativity. Keep doing what you do Mr. Neistat!

Here's why this is so important: high school is a VERY formative time for young people, and high school kids can be pretty vicious to one another, which could potentially stamp out the creative spirit in these kids before they reach college, and then they kind of just become boring adults with no creative outlet. To have someone like Casey who comes in and sparks that creativity, someone who says "you shouldn't be ashamed of putting your time into creative endeavors, you should be proud of it, " and on top of that is someone who many look up to is a HUGE boost to these high schoolers. Creativity needs to be nurtured, not treated like a waste of time.
