This Kris guy couldnt even keep up with me for 60seconds running but claims 'vegans lack energy!'. Ive been vegan for 13 years and ran a 2:48 marathon today. I know 2 vegans in their 60's that ran 366 marathons IN A ROW! No steroids or caffeine either.

People buy views on social media too remember. ;)

This guy made an article claiming there were vital nutrients found only in meat, and not in plants. The first one he listed was Vitamin B12, which comes from bacteria.

There is no point to pick up your preferable point on various articles without backing up with serious sources. You are just going on a "sentimental" argument with this website. The only part in this video that was good, was the part on insulin backed up by a too short video (without even putting the link in your description).

What everybody has to get in their head is that Science is a process of investigation and results are neither ultimate nor given facts, that part is called religion.

What is likeable in authority nutrition is that every articles has its sources cited with links to check and read the scientific reports that back up the statements. For the high fat diet, you are disagree with note that everywhere it is said that low carb does not mean no carb and that on the list of food there is plenty of high quality vegetables and fruits. So I agree that the risks of such articles is people going straight to a full red meat, full fat diet, but the rationale behind is just that there is other truth than high carbs.

Knowing more about what exists will just allow people to pick up what is best for them as everyone is different. Also fat encompass way more than just cheese and eggs. Avocado, almonds, milk, salmon, olive oil, etc... are nutrients full of fat but are very good type of food.

People should read more and more and more at the point where they have big enough picture on the knowledge to make the best choice. But taking this article and your video out of the big picture is just looking at both side of the same coin.

I was commenting on his page and he deleted all my post and blocked me.
He is helping people to get lean but he is fat! I would like to see his blood tests on this lifestyle...Durianrider and Freelee show there bloodtests and they are high carb low fat vegan. Listen to people like DR, Freelee, john McDougall, Niel Barnard, Doug Graham, Dr. Gregger...they know what they are talking about and have there own health to prove what foods works best for the human body!
