Probably one of my favorite interviews. Specially when he is so candid about the addiction that is for us guitar players to buy and buy and buy guitars when one or two can really do the trick and you actually form a far better connection with the instrument and the quote unquote myth that is the vintage guitar rabbit hole. Plus he’s rocking an amazing new Breitling Chronomat B01 42. Love this guy to death.

Just love how Slash has cleaned up (long time ago), and has become a better player, even though he already was kickass. I love seeing how awesome he is doing, this is a fantastic interview. Great video. The guitar maturity shows. Tonal quality is the pallete of the musician. He references this in this short interview. I know he's mostly a Les Paul man, but Slash playing a Firebird is a really good match. He gets a very nice sound out of it.

Following Slash's advice and I now have three Epiphone Les Paul with Seth Lovers pickups! The most expensive one I paid it was: $600. LOL!

I love how he mentions it's all about the playing and not so much the gear. That is something I wish someone told me years ago when I first started playing. Would have saved me thousands of dollars.
