Very comprehensive lecture. It was great to watch the complete lecture.
I have one question, as you have mentioned the reasons of NTDs the folic acid deficiency secondly the drugs which may cause include Sodium Valprorate.
If a women is epileptic and she is using sodium valporate regularly then what should she do? Bcz other epileptic have also issues like levitracetam is not indicated in pregnancy and lamotrigen may cause Steve Jonson Syndrome...

Second thing Noramal dose of Folic Acid in pregnancy is 400 micrograms but you have mentioned that it may be increased upto 4000 micrograms, so such a high dose will not cause any other complications in pregnancy???
