The central nervous system (CNS) is derived from the ectoderm—the outermost tissue layer of the embryo. In the third week of human embryonic development the neuroectoderm appears and forms the neural plate along the dorsal side of the embryo.👍

Just one note
Hypoblast is important as well it becomes endoderm which is part of embryo
It is true that is also contributed to yolk sac formation but majority of it becomes endoderm
So endoderm is not derived from epiblast please correct that one
