How can you do so it goes down or up by tens? For example like in a Yugioh life calculation app you can go up and down

I have installed android studio 4.1
When i open n new project i get a design view which is white blank n next to it blue one
I dont get 3 buttons down in the white one
N cant even see the hello world text
But in component view at the left i see textview hello world.
When i try dragging components in design from palette they dont come. What do i do plzz help

Hi DK, It woks in the emulator, but when connecting to the mobile, it errors out "minask(api 20) > device sdk(api 23)" Can you help?
