Copilot exists in order to be trained by humans, so that one day it (along with other AI's) will become proficient enough to do our jobs. If you don't believe this, or if you believe that in twenty years there will be a net job growth due to Generative AI, boy do I have a bridge to sell to you.

The great existential question of the next twenty years will be: "What's the point of sending junior to college (him graduating High School), and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, when there's no guaranteed job for him at the end of the tunnel?" You think everyone is gonna be a prompt engineer? This is a complete dystopia and why is it happening? To keep the money faucet running for shareholders. Who cares if we wipe out entire industries along with the Knowledge economy as long as the dividends keep paying out.
