I recently used your tips on how to craft my elevator pitch in an interview and it got me the job. Your videos helped me become more confident and do better in interviews and it helped me get a job after almost two years of being unemployed. I just want to say thank you for doing what you do!

** MY APPRECIATION***
Dude I love you, I love you. I am a Southern African-American, female, living now in the midwest. We all know public school does not prepare you for college as private nor do you have classes like this to help at levels it should. This country is built on the ones that know and those that don't, the haves and have nots of information. Research is key. But, sometimes people might not know how to even start.

I had to take the initiative to go to Resume Prep Classes on my own time which somewhat helped, but this is by far the best information that takes the nerves and helps one articulate my concise skills to a recruiter. I adore your energy and passion in your work with truly helping others in this lane thanks a million! Please, keep doing what you are doing post-college and others we need you!

I gave my 2 weeks notice today, and I’m glad that heavy stone is off my shoulders. I have worked many jobs, and I liked the people I worked with, great people! But there were other factors that pulled me away to another opportunity. I was surprised that a door was left open to maybe return back to the company. It was the hardest decision I had to make concerning a position. But, pros and cons came into play, and I had to step down. Great management, but the writing was on the wall for me. I watched your videos up to this point, as I was looking for solutions to leaving my position. I had to handle the situation with class and professionalism. My manager was happy I did so, leading to a open door. I like to move forward and upward. I have never had a career, I have always had jobs. It’s done and I feel better for a new opportunity.

I recently used this strategy in an interview earlier this month. It made describing myself easier and straight to the point. Two days ago I signed an offer of employment for a Retail Investment vacancy at an Asset Management company I don’t even have experience for! The HR Recruiter said I left them feeling that they would be missing out if they did not hire me!

Andrew, your upbeat facial expressions, tone of voice and concise explanations have had a positive impact on me. I never thought I would get excited about resumes, cover letters, elevator pitches, you've made that possible for me. I feel empowered to take on new challenges! Will definitely share these with anyone else who is struggling in this department. Thank you for sending out your positive radiating vibe and posting these videos, I am grateful, they're going to help me in my career journey and beyond. Have a nice day! :)

You are such a breathe of fresh air! Though this is not irrelevant, I want you to know, I am African -American, from public school education and now going back to finish my bachelors. This type of knowledge was never explained to me, but I appreciate your spirit to help those who might not either understand how to articulate their thoughts, or for those who just didn't get this knowledge and insight. From deep within my heart, I am truly thankful you exist!

Amazing video Andy, this structure is great:

1. Who you are?
2. For whom you do it?
3. How they benefit?

Appreciate the brilliant content!

Wow, I've been trying to craft a LinkedIn header for a long time, and have struggled to condense my story into one sentence. This video just unlocked something for me. Here's what I came up with:

I'm a Financial Representative who helps companies convert prospects into customers and customers into life long advocates.

No "so that", but I feel like having more "life long advocates" is obviously going to increase revenues and decrease costs.
