Agreed on productivity. Just to add from an engineering manager standpoint, maintaining two code bases for native, means two teams. IME, very few mobile devs know more than one platform well. Two separate mobile teams is really not possible for small to mid projects. For small projects that need web and mobile, React Native can make sense . For jobs, depends on the size co, you're applying to. Many large co's will go native. I don't see newer small to mid projects going native, unless they're simply accepting not being on both stores. In some countries where it's almost all Android, it's possible. My two cents. good luck to all the devs.

Is it a good decision to learn flutter now instead of Kotlin for a better job opportunity in future ? Please kindly clear my doubt

I'm currently based in Japan. As for job searches, yeah, Swift is still king here. Though it is always a challenge for English speakers.

Keep doing videos! I'll support! 🫡
