Pretty sure you have more important things to be doing in this life than counting calories having food be the main focus of the day.
I remember when my entire day used to consist of me pre-logging everything into MyFitnessPal📲
Every morning started off with a body check in the mirror and the only hobby I had was going to the gym for a few hours each day.
This obsession with being “perfect” with eating and “disciplined” with my fitness goals was one I was in denial of for so many years.
As someone who now doesn’t track my food, eats intuitively and has fitness goals that are a part of my life (not the center of it), I share this with you because I know so many of you reading this are stuck, struggling to break out of it❤️🩹
I want you to know that this doesn’t have to be how you spend the rest of your life, because ultimately we only get this ONE life. Why keep spending it in cycles with food & exercise that aren’t truly adding to it?
