Properties of Identity matrix for GATE and IES! Lecture-5.

in this video, we will discuss the square matrix and principle submatrix, also discuss the diagonal element, main diagonal and off-diagonal, when the number of rows is equal to the number of columns then the matrix is a square matrix when the main diagonal of the matrix is same as main diagonal of sub-matrix then the matrix is called as principle sub-matrix. m; representing the number of rows and n; representing the number of columns. A system of m*n numbers arranged in the form of a rectangular array having m rows and n columns is called a matrix of order m*n. and also discuss the unit matrix or identity matrix and properties of identity matrix.
