Have had good luck with the system in a vacation home for the last 4 years. Smoke detectors seem to be the weak link, false alarms and if they are unable to contact me they dispatch the FD. Unfortunately, like most companies now, customer service is offshored. Set up a second system and had an issue, the offshore customer service is absolutely horrible!!! After several extended calls finally got a US Based CSR….she was fantastic and solved my issue in 15 mins.
Offshore CS is as bad as Sirius XM. It’s truly unfortunate.

I have had no luck with getting any of my five motion sensors to connect. All of my other devices connect with no problem. The batteries are all above 3.45V

Ridiculous instructions. Comes with small screws with no booklet. How do you open the back to use the screws BECAUSE your tape is weak?

Beware - avoid this system, it is an amateur attempt at an alarm system. Reliability is terrible and tech support poor.
