Building damaged by Myanmar earthquake collapses in Mandalay

In Mandalay, heavy rain caused a building damaged by the March 28 earthquake to collapse on April 15. It also caused flooding which affected temporary shelters where survivors have been staying since their homes were destroyed on March 28. The death toll from the earthquake is 4,410 with 11,366 injured, according to DVB data. An unknown number of homes, roads, bridges, and buildings were destroyed.
