How to Use Light Shows & Music Sync

I’m traying to sync my music but I don’t see any option

Can I not adjust the speed of colors on custom light shows? I like the presets just would rather have it not flashing super fast

GE cync light show does not work ! all the bulbs in a light show goes out of synch after an hour of running it, its very frustrating !

probably the shittiest bulb i have ever used. i regret buying this product so much.
