the mod is scaling so high rn, theyre putting new things and tons of new ways to play alone or with friends. thats why i love cobblemon. and the fact that u can see the files in the mod and introduce new things to enhance the experience is wonderful, i added battle music and trainer battle music to the mod, modify some textures to be compatible with shaders (rotom, ponyta galarian, spiritomb and slugma) and make it compatible with icon addons of most common minimaps addons like xaeros minimap and cobblemon icons. huge W to cobblemon devs and all people that like the mod

In my opinion, the biggest thing that cobblemon is lacking is a way for your pokemon to interact with the environment. I want to mine, and dig, and chop wood, and build with my pokemon.

I love that this mod doesn’t just put Pokemon in Minecraft but it actually combines them. Like having a smithing template is so genius bc it keeps an element of Minecraft

Dude! That scan feature… Pokemon was always supposed to be about *discovery* and exploration. PLA got the closest it’s ever been since OG Snap (if only it didn’t have to be on rails, amirite?). Though I’ll give credit to the ruined artifact legends quest in scar/vi.

If I even needed to be convinced, that Pokédex mechanic did it!

This looks amazing. Like, not to throw shit on Pixelmon since I've played that mod for years now, but I just gotta accept the fact that this looks pretty nice.
However I don't think I'll be playing until the entire pokedex is added, cause for me something that happens is that I invision my team and go "ok so let's see where can I find this awesome pokemon I've always wanted on my team" and find out it isn't in the mod yet. Same thing happens to me in fangames/hackroms that don't include every pokemon. So I think I'm going to wait until they add everything to play.

Still waiting on a way to place a Pokemon on a specific block like the statues in Pixelmon to use Minecraft/Cobblemon as my Pokemon Tabletop board. I want to be able to use this mod over Pixelmon for it because it has none of the lag.
