Kaya mangyari po sana yung sinuggest ko na magkaroon ng hiwalay na Exam or Core Subject na:

LOGIC and STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION

Kapag nagkaroon po ng Bar Exam sa Bansa natin po.

Kaya napakahalaga at hindi po dapat balewalain yung tinuturo nyo po na:

STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION.

Pati na din po yung kahalagahan ng LOGIC po.

Sa pag-Interpret po ng mga Batas natin po. Pati na din sa mga Jurisprudence po.

Na kapag naka-encounter ng katulad niyang Batas natin po na RA 11648

Na nakatago or hindi po "Categorically" and "Expressly" na dineclare or wala pong nakasulat sa nasabing Batas po ba na:

"The Age of Sexual Consent is 16".

Ay makikita po.

Kasi makikita lang naman po yung "The Age of Sexual Consent is 16" na yun kapag ginagamitan po yun ng LOGIC and STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION po.
