Aloha! Thank you for visiting my channel. My name is Bill Maeda, and here’s a few things that are helpful to know:
- This channel is a vlog of my training as I experiment with combining exogenous ketones with daily, short duration workouts. These videos represent all the training I do on any given day. They are not meant to be instructional, but I post them daily with the hopes that others will take at least 10 minutes every day to challenge themselves.
- I have never used steroids, TRT, HRT, growth hormone, and any and all performance enhancing drugs. From the moment of my birth until now, I have not touched those nor any other substances. I’m a 51 year old personal trainer and dad using exogenous ketones with a not always perfect diet. You have my word that there is nothing else.
⁃ I feel privileged to have you visit my channel, and I will always be honest with you. There’s no editing, photo shop, or filtering of any kind. I don’t even know how to do that stuff. I also apologize beforehand for “real life” lighting, sound, and weather. The warm up for the workouts is included in the videos, and I do not pump or oil up.
