My son's name is while pregnant with him in 2018, my mom asked me what was the baby's name. I told her that I didn't know and that the letter "M" keeps coming to me. I said it's between Messiah or Malachi but for some reason when I say "Messiah it doesn't sit well with me but when I say Malachi, it sounds so beautiful. She then said "pray ask that baby what's his name because you can talk to him(I told her that I was able to communicate with my baby and it was strange, but i could and i could feel him, his spirit each time I'd talk with him)and ask God what to name him. We give these kids names and it doesn't fit them at all. Pray and ask for his name".... so I did.... later on (like a week or 2 later) she asked what was his name and I said Malachi. She said do you know who he is and what his name means? I said yes, so I began to tell her. Unfortunately I ended up naming him after his dad, feeling bad because he never named any of his kids. My mom told me I shouldn't have done that and that I will anger God(which I did) and that i would start having problems not only in my life but my baby life as well.... True enough she was right! I just thought i was doing the right thing....I finally changed my sons name this past July to Malachi!!! He'll be 4 in January. These past 3 years I've been going through Hell with my baby, from him havung a speech delay, to having pre diabetes and other issues. I kid you not, as soon as I changed his name, my son started talking very well, (I mean like having conversations that most kids his age shouldn't know, he is very articulate, knows how to trace his ABCs and numbers hes ready for school thats how advance he is), his pre diabetic phase just went away. I felt a huge weight lifted off my chest. As crazy as this sounds, my son has NEVER responded to his previous name. He would always say say NO IM BOOGIE!! My baby is special 💕
