Shopify Integration Instructions (Part 1 of 2: Installing the ChannelReply App)

Learn how to create a ChannelReply app for your Shopify account. You'll then be able to use it to set up a Shopify integration with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Re:amaze, Zoho Desk, Kustomer or Onsite Support.
If you have found this video on YouTube, please note that it takes place partway through the setup process.
Then choose Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Re:amaze, Zoho Desk, Kustomer or Onsite Support as your helpdesk. Follow the prompts to connect it.
Step 1: After connecting your helpdesk, you'll be given a choice of marketplaces to integrate. Choose Shopify and follow the instructions in this video to install the ChannelReply app.
