Sometimes I feel bad for fighters and sportsmen/women who put in enormous amounts of work and still lose it can definitely be heart breaking but if you're reading this it's important to remember even if you aren't the champion even if you didn't reach perfection look how far you got. Look how much farther you made it than if you never tried and if you're struggling to begin working towards your goals their is no shame in taking the smallest possible step forward no matter how small because you'll still be one step closer.
