Aside from all the stuff can I just say that the editing and the format was really hilarious

I'm really hoping for an ML3. It's a body-shape that's lacking in 7-string guitars. **edit** Lacking in variation, they're almost all very metal-looking things. Bring back a (updated) ML7-T

Yes! Finally! So happy the 7 string is coming back.

Whichever body shape it ends up being (I voted for ML3), can we get a maple fretboard and passive humbuckers? I've been looking for a 7-string lately, way too many of them are superstrats with active EMG's and a rosewoord fretboard.

if any1 is looking for musical motivation, mic your amp with a vocal rig. mic-> tchelicon pitch correction pedal with the different vocal keys---> tc helicon adaptive tone pedal -> powered speaker.

Ghost fret is in the lead... it's a cool looking shape for sure, but for a 7-string? Call me old-fashioned, but I think an ML-1 or an ML-3 would be more suitable for this. They're even more comfortable to play than an explorer-type body. The Ghost Fret also screams metal, but the ML-1 and 3 have a more well-rounded aesthetic in my opinion. Hopefully we get one of those anyway.

I voted for the ML-1 shape simply because it represents the core of the Chapman Guitar range. On the more popular side, clearly the Ghost Fret is the hands down winner.

Ghost feet!!! Arguably the most metal, and therefore most deserving of a 7 string version

Hahaha! Love the guy living in your cupboard as an House Elf.

For the guitar shape: A flying V? Let's face it, nothing says brutal Metal like a V-shaped guitar. 3 days ago, I brought mine in my hands to a shop for repairs, because the case is so tall. Well, literally everyone on the street was staring at me & my V. It was hilarious. Mine is an old, all black ESP-LTD V-200 that is super heavy (11Lbs) and lacks ergonomy, but designs can be improved. Alexi Laiho's ESP models look much improved (minus the fluo colours that sucks of course) & super jealous of his only 1 bridge pickup. So much space to pick the strings...

I have the ML-3 Pro Modern and absolutely love it, but I'm impartial to Vs so I had to vote for the MLV!

The Ghost Fret body shape is the best in my opinion. I just love the look.

Yo, Chappers! Just thought I´d contribute with some ideas for features that perhaps aren´t that usual.
Number 1: Bypass switch. I have one of my guitars fitted with a micro switch that, when activated, bypasses volume/ tone control, mic switch and engages the bridge pickup. As an example I can coil split the neck pickup and roll back the volume and adjust the tone control. Then, with a flick of the switch, I get roaring gain from the bridge pickup. Flick the switch and I´m back to the neck pick up without having to fiddle with the volume and tone controls. As a bonus I can roll of the volume altogether and voilá, kill switch.
Number B: Piezo system. Because who wouldn´t want a 7 string acoustic? ;-) Graph Tech´s Ghost Pickups look really cool although I don´t think they have a 7 string system.
I opted for the ML-3 by the way, would be cool.

a ml1 7 string would be so killer I'm not really a 7 string player but trying to get into it and if Chapman made a ml1 7 string would be a instant buy from me!

Trans blue Ghost Fret 7 string. I'd buy one.

The ghost fret already looks metal as fuck, with 7 strings it'll be perfection!

I like the idea of an ml3 7 strings... something like the ESP LTD 407, a tele shape is the less used shape in a long time, so I think is time to bring new teles to the market
