I'm torn a bit on like it, but it does have some weaknesses (incl messages not holding paragraphs a big wall of text + emails of transcripts etc... not being received to certain email addresses). Support was pretty good until I asked one too many ignored. Good value but debating whether to keep it.

Yeah, the tools can't be too cheap or they won't be around in a year, and you'll lose your money anyway, the LTD business is a thin line on sustainability ❤ and for a community, are you going with Fluent Community? Or Sure Dash?
