I have a Scat Pack Challenger and I don’t even leave it in my driveway overnight. Into the garage it goes every night.
I know someone who’s Charger was stolen by removing the back glass, and they had some sort of key cloning device, probably stolen from the dealership.
When they found the car, his original keys didn’t even work anymore.

I knew an insurance inspector friend tell me that almost invariably they will " totall" a car simply because it was stolen even if its been recovered. Its easier for the insurance to pay out the claim than to repair any damage AND since its been out of the owners control, theres no telling what has been done to the car, and its not worth disgnosing. So you got lucky/smart and got a great deal!

I just watched a video of someone who got a stolen Helcat Charger for 25K. It wasn't missing parts or broken. It even had maintenance records from the dealership during the time it was stolen. LOL
