This is more from a freelance graphic artist/designer's perspective, but Canva cannot be the 'best' as long as it lacks powerful vector drawing/tracing tools like the pen tool, node tool, etc. Even MS apps have vector tools like the 'Curve', 'Freeform' and 'Scribble' tools.

Office 365 doesn’t exist in her world… I am new to canva but I still haven’t found how to do smart chart etc … looks like canva is so limited in terms of content type
