True, but the moment you realize you are lost and seeking begins, grace is given!! I banged my head up against a mirror. Took a few years of all the seeking methods, and I found peace, praise God.

It's not in this video, but I love his acknowledgement of the "squares" being "far out". Basically his entire philosophy is go with the flow, follow that mysterious pull and don't get in you're own way, the squares are so busy they dont have time to think/worry about anything else and are thus grounded in the most unexpected way.

I know many people question the ego. In my opinion, the ego is neither bad nor good; it simply is. I believe the ego represents the habits of the mind. Some people have developed bad habits, while others have developed good ones. All habits are built based on the environment they had to overcome. So, in a sense, the ego is the caretaker of the body, adapting to life’s challenges. However, people often choose comfort over challenging their own beliefs, while others simply have no idea what they are feeling.

For example, if someone has been yelled at their entire life, that's the only thing they would believe is normal. So, when they receive love and attention, they don't recognize it. Even though that new emotion is good, they refuse it because it's different from their norm. It’s interesting how that works.

The ego is the only thing that exists. To exist means to stand out from. Everything in the universe has being. Being is reality. Existence is the illusion that stands out from being. Only the ego can suffer because it is the only thing that exists.

The ego is the child who's assimilated. When you fight against your ego to throw it in a bin...you are drowning the child in that old and cold bathwater.
The ego is something of nothing that is a heavy red thread between our own inner child and the delusion of being an all knowing adult.
The two can come together by feeling both in ourselves. Than assimilation becomes creation ❤😂🎉

The idea of one’s self, the ego, is simply an illusion. You can’t suppress it because it doesn’t exist. YOU don’t exist. The idea is not to suppress the ego but to know the difference of the illusion of your ego and who you really are. You don’t make yourself pump your blood. You don’t make yourself grow your hair, it just happens. It happens of itself. That is the real you.
