It's great that you explain the calculations in two different ways. I always like to visualise the calculation rather then using the formula as it give me the reassurance I am giving the right dose. Awesome, the what you want over what you have got x what’s it’s in is the easier method when working on a busy acute medical ward as a nurse 👩‍⚕️😀. Still requires a 2 nurse check though to avoid drug errors . Like to revisit drug calcs though often to refresh my brain .
