The Fuel Exe 9.7 is now what i think one of the best spec'd ebikes out there, plus this new category of smaller motors and batteries makes biking more accessible for everyone, and that's biking not ebiking!

Thanks for watching, If you want to know what my set up is check out the links below, comment if you want more info!

Great video, mate! i have been thinking about the Fuel EXe and one question that came into my mind just now is about the motor activation speed when going through rough terrain and rocky / tech areas up hill. How does it activate? There are moments when you let the bike roll and suddenly you need the max torque to climb things. How is it efficiency on such moments? Thanks

Now give me Trek Slash with tq motor and im over the moon. I have 2022 9.8 xt slash and the onle thing it lacks is a bit of assistance on climbing. It would the perfect bike with tq motor. It would do be even better than fuel exe imo.

The problem with this bike is that your Levo and Shimano buddies are going to leave you behind while you're slumming with the acoustic bikers. Meanhwile the M600 and M620 Bafang guys using custom controllers are gonna be in the parking lot eating cheeseburgers while the entire lot is only halfway through the trail. This is the problem I have with ebikes. If you're paying 8-10K, why bother with half measures? Just go all out and smile for miles.

Amazing value? For whom? Millionaires? Rich college yuppies? That name on the downtube, is about 40% of the bike's cost. Considering the rigs are manufactured in some other country using poor labor, and lots of machinery, then adding over six-hundred percent to the finished product. Waste-of-money. A bike that screams: "hey everyone! I can afford a very pricey mountain bike." Nope. I'll stick with Bafang M510. Very pleased with the motor/battery(both lasting eighteen months of daily riding, and no maintenance issues), Friendly customer support, and power to get the hefty rig up steep climbs. Maybe if Trek, brings back Lance Armstrong, I might consider the traitorous brand.
