Fun fact, Dithmarschen used to have the highest Admin Efficiency that you could get without culture shifting (85%), but it got nerfed when Germany’s tree got updated in 1.37

There is a gov reform that gives u random candidate bonus +1. Which in turn can give u lots of mana through long period of time since you also get those events to prolong the candidate term so then its +2 for a ruler. That's also an option to be fair. I see many times people take that yearly rep tradition which is also a fair choice but just wanted to post this, idk if u have tried it 😃🙂

You can leave the popup open for few more months after ruler dies when playing as republic. Especially when you pick admin focused ruler. Move all popups to the side so you can get bonuses later, if you don't need them at current time, sometimes extending them by few months helps a lot.

I know that they wanted to make Ditsmarchen look communist and that for the memes, but in reality those sorts of peasant regimes are commonly ruled by the lower nobility and property is a holy principle second only to the Bible, I know it for experience because where I am from (Galicia in Spain) we had the exact same thing for a while

I had such troubles with this achievement cause sweden stayed loyal for ages and england didnt come over with their boats. By the time I had annex smaland, they had started colonizing.

In Europa Expanded you also get free the peasants casus belli, that unlocks option "guilotine the nobility" during peace deal, turning country into peasant republic

This is a great run and good call vassalizing Norway. Did they pick explo while they were independent or do they only have the national idea colonist? The AI rarely manages to get their missions going properly so they aren't perfect but they ain't too bad either.

I hope you get the 5% admin eff, then form Prussia and Sardinia-Piedmont to get their 5% admin eff each from missions, and 10% max absolutism, then by 1610 if you form Germany you can have over 65 admin eff
